What are the Ingredients?

How do I use SerenitePlus?
SerenitePlus comes in easy to administer drop form and should be diluted in about 1/4 glass of water or juice.
DIRECTIONS
Adults and Teenagers over 15: 15 to 20 drops five minutes before bedtime. May be repeated throughout the night as needed.

CAUTION
Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been clinically established. Pregnant women and nursing mothers can safely use our Triple Complex Sleep Tonic.
NOTE: SerenitePlus may be used as required to encourage a peaceful night when required. If an additional daily sleep tonic is required, SerenitePlus may be used together with Serenite-LT Tablets to ensure ongoing healthy and stable sleep patterns.
How long until I see results?
Due to the fast acting tincture formula, results should be noted within about 10-15 minutes.
How long will a bottle last?
A bottle of SerenitePlus will last for 30 days or longer depending on frequency of use.
What else can I do to help?
- Exercise regularly (but not just before bed time!)
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine products at least 4 hours before bedtime.
- Try to use the hours before bedtime for relaxation to help your mind and body to wind down.
- Have a warm bath just before you go to bed
