Various Methods and Supplementation for Detoxification
The following methods, protocols and supplements are only a general list. I muscle test each of my clients to find out what will work best for their individual needs. This is a very inclusive list - not all methods are necessary or safe for everyone.
Methods of Detoxifying the Body
Oil pulling: use cold-pressed organic sunflower or sesame oil
Swish (sip, suck and pull through the teeth) 1 TBSP of oil in your mouth for fifteen to twenty minutes. This process makes oil thoroughly mixed with saliva. Swishing activates the enzymes and the enzymes draw toxins out of the blood. The oil must not be swallowed, for it has become toxic. As the process continues, the oil gets thinner and white. If the oil is still yellow, it has not been pulled long enough. It is then spit from the mouth, the oral cavity must be thoroughly rinsed and mouth must be washed thoroughly. Just use normal tap water and good old fingers to clean.
The oil pulling /swishing is done best before breakfast. To accelerate the healing process, it can be repeated three times a day, but always before meals on an empty stomach.

- Pinch of powdered ginger
- 8 oz organic apple juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker jar and shake vigorously for about 60 seconds. Drink immediately.

- 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger root or 1-2 grated cloves of garlic

The lymphatic system is part of our immune system. It includes lymph vessels and nodes, thymus gland, tonsils, spleen and appendix. It is a network of tubing that drains waste products from tissues. It is often referred to as a secondary circulatory system under the skin; it assists the bloodstream with millions of tiny ducts that collect tissue fluid not needed by the capillaries or skin and returns it to the heart for recirculation.
The lymphatic system functions to rid the body of toxic wastes, bacteria, dead cells, trapped protein and fat globules. It acts like a garbage disposal for the body. In addition, it produces disease-fighting white blood cells (lymphocytes) and antibodies, and carries most of the body’s waste from the cells to the final elimination organs. The valves of the lymph system move the waste to be flushed and filtered. But since the lymphatic system is not connected to the heart (to be pumped), lymph circulation depends upon other activities to create the necessary “pumping action” it needs to circulate. Some of these activities include: breathing, muscle movement (exercise) and massage. One of the best forms of exercise to stimulate the lymphatic flow is with a rebounder (a mini trampoline) for just fifteen minutes a day. Another way is to dry brush your body every day after showering.
