The second version of My Daily Bread consists of one 60-minute track inclusive of the same positive affirmations on Health, Wealth, and Happiness as in the original version, but repeated 5 times with a pause after each statement during which you would repeat the statement to affirm its content. The only subliminal on this one is a repeated phrase releasing all resistance to achieving perfect health, abundant wealth and unlimited happiness. Additionally, the gentle music on this track is underlain with a series of binaural beats that peacefully slow your brain to typical alpha and theta brainwave patterns, which are conducive to the action of retraining your brain to release resistance and accept positive change. I recommend listening to this CD once per day or at least once per week, and repeat each phrase (aloud or to yourself) as it is spoken. You might also considering administering EFT while you listen to further encourage the releasing of all resistance to the phrases being stated. The effects of the binaural beats are only transmitted through stereo headphones, and the added effects on the voice tracks are best heard through headphones. (60 minutes total)
