This recording has three components, each about 20 minutes:
1. with a classical composition and ocean sound background, track 1 is designed to play over your stereo speakers, in your car or with headphones. There is a hypnosis session geared toward distracting the conscious mind and instilling positive suggestions about memory, learning and cognition, but it will not likely put you to sleep.
2. track 2 only has ocean sounds in the background and the hypnosis session, but with a twist – there is a different voice track in the right ear than the left ear during one stage of the session and there is also a binaural beat that balances the brain and sets the brain “rate” at 6 Hz (a typical Alpha brainwave state), which is ideal for focus and concentration. It is recommended to listen to this track before and after studying to prepare the brain for absorption and recall of material AND ONLY WITH HEADPHONES – the voice track overlay can be very distracting otherwise.
3. the last track is entirely subliminal, except for the musical background and binaural beat. If you like to listen to music while studying or reading, the lack of distracting voice noise in this track is helpful. It is also recommended to listen to this track while you sleep to further entrain the brain to the alpha state and positive suggestions contained therein. Binaural beats are only transmitted through headphones, but it is not necessary to ALWAYS listen to this track that way.
